As part of our continuous improvement efforts, UCSF Human Resources will launch the 2016/2017 Human Resources Customer Satisfaction survey in October. The feedback obtained from HR customers has been and continues to be critical to the ongoing planning and improvement processes in Human Resources. 

UCSF has partnered with a third-party consulting firm, CFI Group, to redesign the survey to ensure your feedback is captured in a way that both respects your valuable time and will identify priority areas to improve your experiences with HR. The survey will take place over the next year, with email survey invitations sent out in four evenly-spaced waves. UCSF employees will be invited to participate in the survey only once during this time period. Additional communication will be sent out prior to each wave to those that have been selected to participate. Our goal for surveying the UCSF community in four waves, rather than all at one time, is to gather more frequent feedback and continuously assess our progress.
