The Aug. 29 changes in process for policy-covered staff recruitments that now require a Career Tracks job description template are resulting in delays due to the additional analysis and client outreach by the Compensation Analysts. Clients can expect both replacement and new hire postings to follow the established new hire Service Partnership Agreement (SPA) of 10 business days from ticket approval to posting. We expect to return to the 5 business day SPA for straight replacements once everyone becomes acquainted with the new templates, functions, and job families. It may take several months before this is possible.
