For the period of Aug. 8–26 departments will receive email notification of both legacy and Career Tracks titles for positions submitted for classification and recruitment. Comp Analysts will notify client departments by email of both the legacy and Career Track titles. The notification process will be determined by three possible scenarios:

  • The Comp Analyst agrees with the requested legacy title requested and forwards the HR Service Request System (SRS) ticket to Talent Acquisition for posting. The Comp Analyst will send an email notification with the legacy and Career Tracks title to the department. If the department doesn’t agree with the Career Tracks title, they have 5 business days to contact the Comp Analyst to discuss and resolve.
  • The Comp Analyst disagrees with the requested legacy title. The department will receive a phone call from the Comp Analyst to discuss both the legacy and Career Tracks titles. Upon agreement, the Comp Analyst will send the legacy title to Talent Acquisition for posting and a final email with both the agreed-upon legacy and Career Tracks titles will be sent to the department.
  • Lastly, if the client department submits a request for classification/recruitment on a Career Tracks template and the Comp Analyst disagrees with the Career Tracks title requested the above procedure in the second bullet will be provided.

In all scenarios the final legacy and Career Tracks classification will be documented by the Comp Analyst and attached to the SRS ticket. We anticipate classifying only in the Career Tracks titles after Aug. 26 in preparation for posting positions in the career track titles effective Aug. 29.
