The final group, Group III, has ended the Round 1 review process as of April 15. The Career Tracks project team is partnering with HR Staff Shared Services volunteers and the Compensation Unit to review the information submitted by all groups during the Round 1 review process. We will be calibrating across like functions and groups that have shared with us that they do similar work with other units across campus.  

While awaiting the Round 1 results, we encourage you to continue to work on any outstanding items to ensure you are able to meet the deadlines outlined in the Career Tracks timeline.
