The review for Group II’s Round 1 feedback is currently underway by the Compensation Unit and volunteers from Staff Shared Services. The Career Tracks Project Team appreciates how engaged department managers and supervisors have been in reviewing the preliminary mapping and the thoughtful feedback that has been provided thus far. Many departments have deferred reviewing positions for which the job standards are still in progress, and the project team will announce via HR Update once those standards are available for review, which will be no later than the start of Round 2.
