The process for staff renewals will be starting on April 1. Spreadsheets listing employees with distribution and appointment end dates of June 30, 2016 will be sent to the department and are due back on April 25. Additional reports will be generated thereafter to capture any fallouts, which will be due on May 31. Below is a timeline for the staff renewal process.

The spreadsheets are only to extend appointments and distributions – if there is a funding change, a Service Request System (SRS) ticket needs to be submitted for the action. Please carefully read all the instructions below and contact your Staff HR Generalist if you have any questions.
