This update is to clarify the 2016 transition to an annual, calendar-based performance evaluation cycle for campus employees, detailed in the Dec. 14, 2015 edition of HR Update.

  • Please note that performance evaluations for both represented and non-represented employees are due to Campus HR by the close of business on March 15, 2016.  
  • Recommended full performance evaluation forms and the “No Change in Rating” form, as well as other performance evaluation resources, can be found in the Performance Evaluation Toolkit (requires MyAccess login).
    • The forms have been reorganized to help you best determine which form to use. 
  • A third and final 2016 Performance Evaluation Best Practices webinar is scheduled for Feb. 17, 2016 at noon. Details on how to participate in the webinar will be forthcoming.
  • All completed and signed performance evaluations (for both represented and non-represented employees) should be emailed to [email protected] by March 15.
