The Career Tracks initiative is now fully underway with Group I having begun Round 1 mapping Monday, Jan 11. For more information on departmental groupings and implementation timeline, click here. If you have not received a mapping spreadsheet that includes the preliminary mapping recommendations for your employee(s), please contact your Mapping Partner.

The Career Tracks section of the HR website has many tools to assist you in providing feedback to the Career Tracks Project Team:

Please contact your Mapping Partner if you have questions about your department’s internal process. If you have specific questions as it relates to mapping, please contact your Career Tracks Champion.

The Career Tracks Project Team will host two drop-in brown bag sessions (no RSVP required) for Group I managers and supervisors to give you the opportunity to ask specific questions about where your employees have been mapped:

  • Jan. 20: Mapping Brown Bag for Managers Group I (11:30 a.m.–1 p.m., Mission Hall 2100)
  • Jan. 27: Mapping Brown Bag for Managers Group I (11:30 a.m.–1 p.m., Parnassus Campus Library 223)

As a reminder, revision request packets are due back to the Career Tracks Project Team no later than Feb. 12, 2016, and should be submitted by the Primary Mapping Partner for each unit.
