As promised in the Dec. 14, 2015, edition of HR Update, which announced the annual call for performance evaluations (PE), three PE webinars have been scheduled for supervisors and managers. These workshops will provide:

  • Guidance regarding the performance evaluation process
  • Explanation of roles and timelines
  • Performance evaluation steps
  • How to do a fair assessment of an employee’s performance 
  • Best practices on setting expectations/goals for the upcoming performance evaluation period 

The webinars will be held during January and February.

  • Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016: Noon–1 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016: Noon–1 p.m.
