In anticipation of a potential salary program for FY17, UCSF HR would like to clarify the eligibility cut-off date for the program. New hires, with a start date of Jan. 4, 2016, or earlier will be eligible if there is indeed a salary program. UCSF HR will provide guidance on best practices regarding salary setting for non-merit eligible employees. Please remember that any employee receiving an internal promotion or transferring from another UC without a break in service will be eligible for a merit if there is a program.
