From December 21 to December 30, 2015 UCSF Human Resources will be operating with reduced staff. For any HR staff out of the office during this time, back-up contacts have been assigned to support customers, although response times for non-urgent items may be delayed.

Please note some specific schedule impacts:

  • Labor and Employee Relations (LER)
    • For urgent matters, contact the LER Officer of the Day at 415-353-4012.
    • The LER Officer of the Day calendar for December is here.
  • HR Transaction Services Unit (TSU)
    • Deadlines for submitting funding changes or appointment changes are adjusted to accommodate the Payroll and HBS holiday curtailment schedule:
      • For the 12/30/15 biweekly payday, requests must be received by TSU no later than 12/15/15
      • For the 1/4/16 monthly payday, requests must be received by TSU no later than 12/18/15

Please note that the following dates are UCSF holidays: December 24, 25, and 31, 2015 and January 1, 2016. UCSF Human Resources will return to normal operations on January 4, 2016.
