All active job standards are now available on the Career Tracks section of the HR website, and can be found by clicking here (MyAccess login required). In addition, a comprehensive list is available which details functions that have already been created (active), those that are in the process of being created, and those that may be created in the future.  

Trainings have been finalized for both the Career Tracks Mapping Partners and Supervisors/Managers.

Career Tracks Mapping Partner Training
These trainings will be held in person. Although we strongly encourage in-person participation whenever possible, each session listed below will offer the option to livestream if you are not able to physically attend. Outlook calendar invitations will be sent to all mapping partners identified by departmental leadership for each group. The invitation will include the location, and the livestream link will be sent out the morning of the training. This same link can be utilized for on-demand viewing if you are unable to attend at the time of the training or would like a refresher once mapping has begun. If you are an identified Mapping Partner for Group I and have not yet received an invitation for the Dec. 9 training please contact Aron Lewis.

  • Group I: Dec. 9, 9–11 a.m. 
  • Group II: Jan. 20, 2016, 9–11 a.m. 
  • Group III: Feb. 25, 2016, 9–11 a.m. 

Supervisor/Managers’ Mapping Training
These trainings will be held via webinar and will also be made available as a recording. We ask that you attend the training for the group in which you are being mapped so you have an opportunity to ask questions and hear the questions of your peers.  

  • Group I: Jan. 6, 2016, 9–10:30 a.m. 
  • Group II: Feb. 11, 2016, 10–11:30 a.m. 
  • Group III: March 14, 2016, 10–11:30 a.m.
