Professional Staff Development offered in November/December 2015
This series is offered to non-supervisory staff. It focuses on core competencies that support their professional success, with an emphasis on communication, customer focus, and problem-solving. Participants must sign up for all five sessions. Please post the flyer and/or invite your staff to sign up for this highly effective program.  

Leading the Frontline Series begins Jan. 13
This series will start on Jan. 13 and is offered to current supervisors, frontline managers, or staff members who are targeted for promotion to a supervisor or management role within six months of the program. It develops core competencies essential for success in a frontline leadership role. Enrollment in this program is not available through the UC Learning Center. See attached flyer for application process. 

Accomplishing More with Less, Jan. 29
This highly popular one-day workshop helps participants harness the power of organizational skills to deal with today’s most pressing workplace issues such as time management, prioritization, dealing with interruptions, email, calendars, and to-do lists, as well as organizing electronic and paper documents.
