The annual UCSF Human Resources customer satisfaction survey will launch next week. We use the survey results to understand customer concerns, identify what is working, and guide our continuous improvement efforts. UCSF faculty, staff and postdoc employees will receive an invitation from Qualtrics to provide feedback on HR Shared Services and the staff and academic specialty centers. We sincerely value customer input so please take a few minutes to complete the survey and encourage your colleagues to do so as well.
