The IT Job Family Career Tracks Titles will become effective July 1, 2015, for monthly paid employees, and July 5, 2015, for bi-weekly paid employees. In an effort to support you in communicating these changes to the employees on your team that will be impacted, you will find the following information located in UCSF Box

  • Excel Spreadsheet of the Final Mapping for your department
  • PDF file containing all Notification Letters for employees who will be moved into Career Track titles
  • “IT Managers’ Guide for Implementing Career Tracks at UCSF and UCSFMC June 2015”
  • “Manager’s Guide for Implementing Career Tracks at UCSF and UCSFMC July 2015”
    • Note: This will only be in Box if you have employees who are:
      1. Moving from an Exempt title to Non-exempt title
      2. Moving from a Non-exempt title to an Exempt title
      3. Moving from an Exempt and MSP title to a Non-exempt and PSS title

We highly recommend that you attend one of the remaining Manager Webinars (schedule below) which will give you a review of the Career Track methodology and assist you in answering questions that you and your employees may have regarding the IT implementation.
