The next step in our effort to meet UCSF's compliance obligations (background here) with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is a review of our progress toward implementing new recordkeeping requirements for hiring processes. We have partnered with Audit and Advisory Services (AAS) to support departments in understanding and adopting the new requirements, with an initial focus on staff recruitments. The goal is to learn what is working and identify risk as all departments transition to the new recordkeeping procedures. AAS will not be issuing violations or formal reports, but sharing findings informally to help us identify strategies to support departments in fulfilling UCSF’s compliance obligations.
