Open Enrollment for Postdoctoral Scholars 2017 will start on Oct. 27 at 8 a.m. and will end on Nov. 22 at 5 p.m.

Open Enrollment provides you with an opportunity to:

  • Enroll or delete eligible dependents 
  • Enroll in medical, dental and vision if you previously opted out
  • Change your medical plan
  • Change your dental plan
  • Waive medical, dental, and/or vision plan coverage 
  • Add additional Life Insurance

There will be no significant changes for UC benefits offering in 2017; however, we encourage you to review your benefit elections carefully and chose the right benefits for you and your family.  All new elections will be effective as of Jan. 1, 2017.

To Make Changes Your Action Is Required
Go to the Garnett-Powers website and follow the prompts for Open Enrollment changes.  If you and your family members have social security numbers, you can make changes via the UC At Your Service Online (AYSO). 

Changes made during Open Enrollment will be effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Please review all forms for accuracy (including enrollment and personal information). Email scanned copies of enrollment forms to CoSolutioncenter@ucsf.edu you will get an email confirmation your enrollment form was received. All forms must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016.

If you do not wish to make changes, you do not need to take any action—your current enrollment selections will continue.
