Who: All Medical Center employees whose PTO balance is above 75 percent of maximum accrual.
What: Maximum accrual for PTO is two times your annual accrual rate. For example, if your accrual rate is 24 days (192 hours), your maximum is 384 hours. If an employee is above 75 percent of maximum, Payroll will pay out the PTO so that the employee is at 75 percent of maximum. The payout will be based on the employee’s balance as of Nov. 22, 2014, less any PTO usage on the timesheet for the pay period ending Dec. 6, 2014. In addition to unrepresented (99), we will include any UPTE health care on the PTO plan. The payout will be based on the pay rate as of Dec. 4.
